Garments can be returned. Fabric, once cut, cannot. The distinction is practical: a cut length cannot be sold again.

Garments

Return within 14 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.

Write to arcstacka@gmail.com with the order number and reason. We will confirm the return address and whether collection is possible.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within five working days of inspection.

Cut lengths are final sale. This includes fabric sold by the metre and any pre-cut bundle described as cut to order.

If the weave, width or colour is faulty, we replace the length in full or refund it. Send a photograph of the fault and the measurement.

Discounted pieces follow the same rules as full-price garments unless the product page states otherwise.
